    ICRI Configurations

Tactical radio interoperability for emergency response personnel.

Interconnects municipal public safety radios, state and federal radios and telephone in just a couple of minutes through the unmanned ICRI.

ICRI provides a rugged, highly-portable, radio cross-band (VHF, UHF, 800MHz), cross platform (digital/analog, trunked/talk-around, AM/FM) capability for mutual aid operations.

Enhance the radio link between an emergency response team operating in areas of poor RF propagation (inside-outside buildings, tunnels) and remotely located C2 personnel by serving as a rapidly field-able "repeater."

An effective and low-cost solution to establish immediate C2 with the dissimilar radios of Special Response Teams including USAR, police, medical triage, WMD and other supporting agencies. Also ideal for enhancing in-building and below grade radio communications.

Highly portable, ICRI measures 10x3x7" and weighs 3.5 pounds. Deployment requires just 2-5 minutes with minimal 'operator' training.

The ICRI comes with a 5 year warranty. In the event your ICRI unit requires repair, C-AT will pay FedEx Express Saver shipping BOTH ways to either repair it at our facility or we'll ship you the parts (customer's choice). Cables and accessories are warranted for 1 year.

  • AMCVIS

    Advanced Multi-Channel Vehicle Intercom System

A rugged, reliable intercom and radio control system for armored vehicles, mobile command posts, crewed boats and similar applications. Supporting up to 10 users, it allows person-to-person communication as well as control over two vehicular radios.

AMCVIS is a SOF-proven vehicle inter-communications system providing warfighters with effective, reliable intercommunications.

The tactical design can support 3 to 10 soldiers with a duplex vehicle intercom, and the ability to simultaneously monitor two radios/selectively transmit on a radio.

The vehicle intercom is simple to install, operate and maintain in the field. Only the small controller is hard-mounted in a vehicle, ensuring that the AMCVIS can be rapidly installed or removed and minimizing subassemblies that require separate installation.

AMCVIS is fully compatible with most current military headsets used in-theatre equipped with U-174/U plugs, dynamic or electret microphones including the Bose Triport Tactical Headset, TASC and Gentex headsets.

  • ICRI Configurations

Since 2000, the ICRI has become an invaluable tool for public safety. The flexibility of design, ease of use and rapid deployability have made the ICRI an invaluable tool for public safety.

The ICRI is a multi-purpose ' bridge' solving 3 field issues for first-responders:

    • Communications Interoperability: bridges mobile, portable, military and civilian radios; including cell/satellite/direct-connect and land-line phones; trunked and conventional radios; P25 and VoIP compatible.
    • Tactical Repeating: functions as a repeater to connect and extend radio frequency coverage in urban or wildland environments.
    • Enhances in-building coverage and extends underground communications (in conjunction with C-AT's Cable Reel/Extension).

    Uses range from:

Below are some of the configurations and applications in which the ICRI is used by civilian and defense agencies. Please contact us for more information on any of the applications. Most ICRIs are priced under $10,000 for a full interoperability package, including connecting cables.
