The DWIS (Digital Wireless Intercom System) is intra-team wireless intercom that is compatible with PPE/Level “A” and “B”. It is an invaluable communications tool for explosive ordnance disposal, medical & haz-mat response teams.

Each packet, whether master or slave, has the same basic structure: guard time, followed by sync (S Field), followed by data (D Field).

D Field length: 192 bits.
